How to get started
Our just launched Engagement Survey and Pulse Survey templates contain the questions to measure the metrics as well as the driving factors of engagement. Or - build your own survey and use these questions from our question library - together with 200 other expert-phrased questions.

But thats not all we just released - there are also more survey templates and over 200 questions in our new question library!
To make creating surveys easier and faster, Personio offers 11 templates complete with ready-made questions. Templates include:

Question library
When creating a survey, you can access a question library on the right-hand side of the screen. These 200+ questions are:
- Expert-reviewed, best-practice questions.
- Worded to reduce biases and ambiguity, so you spend less time wordsmithing and more time acting on clean, comparable results
You can add library questions to your survey questionnaire or remove them as needed. To make sure standardized data collection happens, you can't edit library questions except for placeholders. You can update placeholders and customize questions with your company name, for example.
In the library, you can also access the engagement score questions. If you add these questions to your survey, your survey results include the engagement scores.
