We received lots of questions from those in attendance and while we were able to answer many of those live, here’s a few that we were not able to get to (click on show content below):

Q: Is there a plan to remove the link of access rights to the access in the report? There are lots of cases where, for example, we would benefit from the headcount report being open to all employees, but we can’t do that because employees shouldn’t have access to the individual start dates of others.

A: We will be introducing options for sharing reports with different access rights throughout 2025, which will help address this issue.

 

Q: I had access to the key metrics feature last week, but it’s now disappeared—it seemed useful for us. Is there a plan for this to come back?

A: We are working to release the key metrics feature in the upcoming months. We’re still finalizing it before reintroducing it to our customers.

 

Q: Are we able to change the dates of quarters so they represent our financial year rather than the standard financial year?

A: You can define a custom timeframe when selecting the time range. The "quarter" option, however, is currently tied to the standard financial year.

 

Q: Is it possible to see all departments split by salary instead of having a group labeled "others"?

A: Yes, you can segment the salary report by department. This will provide an overview of each department's salary distribution.
