Questions from the PPU:

  • Can one also upload a template that is not personalised? E.g. a policy?

Yes, as long as it’s created as a template.

In this case the variables and placeholder won’t be available.

  • For bulk creation: If a supervisor needs to sign 20+ documents - can they bulk-sign those documents?

Unfortunately not. This is one of the most frequently requested feature insights and the Documents Team is aware of the need.

In this case the supervisor needs to sign each single document.

Workaround: Simply upload a template where you already have the signature of the supervisor included (e.g. as a screenshot from the actual signature).

  • Can one upload a document through the creation process or does one have to ensure the document is in templates before hand?

Unfortunately, it needs to be a template to use this workflow. If you want to upload a PDF or other formats, you can use the manual import function, bulk import or the Document API.

  • Which permissions does the employee need to send a document to multiple employees?

Admin rights OR edit rights to ALL document categories (see Settings > Employee Roles > Access Rights)

Best wishes,

Sanne & Tamara
