Last week we held our first “What’s New” event of the year, recapping what we are releasing this quarter. 


A big thank you to all who were able to participate in our live event! We had so much to cover, we didn’t get to as many questions in the Q&A section that we would have liked to. We’ll try and cover a few here that we did not answer live.

Q&A Overview


Here are a few top-voted questions that we didn’t get to live. Next time we’ll make sure to leave more time for this section so we can get to more of what you want to know about. 


Q: Will it be possible to also export the comments in performance review forms or only the ratings and open questions?

A: I'm happy to share that we've made it possible to export the comments as well via the performance reviews .xlsx export! This is already available, check it out 😎.



Q: Can we set a review outside of a cycle such as an individual’s probation review?

A: This can be achieved using continuous feedback and a customised feedback form. Alternatively you can run a cycle with just the relevant probation employees as participants.



Q: In Recruiting: can we add columns of customised attributes?

A: For now the columns can only be system attributes and position attributes. But since we have received feedback for the need to add custom attributes, we are looking into this.



Q: After the workforce plan has been approved can it be adjusted with shifting business priorities?

A:  Yes, you can always make changes to your Active Positions List, at any time actually. So you can edit Position target values (e.g. target start date, target salary) and you can also add/delete positions as needed.



Q: When will variable salary components (performance bonus/sales commissions) become part of Compensation Management?

A: Variable salary components within Compensation Reviews are on our Roadmap for H1 2025.
