What’s happening?
From 📆 February 17th, 2025, we’re upgrading your support experience in the Personio product with Support Q&A ✨, our new AI-powered support chat! This will replace the in-product Help area (accessible through “Browse for help” in your sidebar).
How is this different?
Support Q&A will be your way to get instant answers to your product questions. You can directly ask our AI-powered chat your question, and it will scour all relevant resources to get you an answer. This saves you the work of searching through different articles and pages, giving you back some valuable time!
If you’d still rather browse our resources in your own time, you can easily access our Help Center and Academy from the Support Q&A header menu.
How do I find Support Q&A?
You can find Support Q&A by:
- Logging in to your Personio account.
- Clicking on the Help & Feedback option in the main menu (bottom left of your screen).
- Then, select Ask a question to access Support Q&A.

What if Support Q&A can’t answer my question?
Not a problem! You still have the option to:
- Navigate to the Help Center and/ or Academy for more resources,
- Navigate to the Community to ask fellow customers your questions, and
- If you’re an Account or Contract Owner, contact our Support team.
The best part is: Support Q&A is already available in your Personio account, so you can go ahead and try it out now!
