Could you please let us know when it will be possible to have a Transition process within Personio, similar to the existing Onboarding and Offboarding processes?


Could you please let me know if there are any plans to make the visibility of performance ratings configurable — for example, to choose whether or not employees can see their ratings?

 


Is there a plan to introduce a bonus approval workflow in the system, for example, for spot bonuses?


When will it be possible to have automated workflows for HR, such as  when a salary has changed or someone gets a promotion. I would like to add tasks to the specific workflows, so my team can follow the process.

Same goes for automated workflows with tasks based on the end date of date attribute. currently the flows only work on regulated fields by Personio and it would be great if we can have more workflows based on selfmade date attributes!

I'd like to know the most effective and straightforward way to integrate Personio Recruiting and Employee Analytics with Power BI. From searching previous community discussions, I've found that people have different opinions, and the most recent solution was provided last year. Do you have any updates that could help us integrate Power BI quickly? I'm looking forward to learning directly from the experts.

Love the question! I'd also like to hear about this, as well as integrating with other platforms other than Power BI quickly, e.g. Make.

that should already be possible today - Survey invitations can be seen as tasks in the Personio App. Upon clicking the task, users are directed to the survey (might need to login once) and can fill it out.

Curious if you tried this and encountered any issues.


Please can you let us know if there is a plan to allow central documents to be saved in Personio (eg Employee Handbook, HR policies, benefits information), without needing to to save documents to every employee’s profile?

this is indeed a topic we find interesting as well - and we can see the benefits it will provide.

The immediate focus in the Documents area is on rolling out and deepening the Documents Hub, then we’ll look into extending the signature features with eg multiple signers for uploaded documents or qualified signatures.

We’re continually assessing where to focus investments thus please keep this feedback coming as it’s very helpful.


Hello, can you please tell me when the Personio chatbot will be active for employees? In addition, are there additional steps we need to take to ensure it’s activated for all employees to use it once it’s active?

Hi there,

Personio Assistant will be available for your employees one week from today (3 November). In order to enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Employees > select the Employee Group you’d like to enable Personio Assistant for > Permissions > Check “Personio Assistant”.

Once you do this, your employees will see Personio Assistant in the left-hand navigation, the same way you do as an HR admin.

Can you please clarify what you mean here?

Personio Assistant will be available for your employees one week from today (3 November). In order to enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Employees > select the Employee Group you’d like to enable Personio Assistant for > Permissions > Check “Personio Assistant”.

In the coming weeks, you will be able to connect third-party resources like Google Docs and Jira to Personio Assistant, so the Assistant can answer even more questions around company policies and more (including employee handbooks, if you choose to connect it).

Please let us know when 13th and 14th month salaries will be rolled out. Our Brussels colleagues work on 13.92 salary, will this new feature be able to accommodate their requirements? If not, please advise of the best option for them

That's a very good question! Building on that, could you please tell me when it will be possible to send out the candidate surveys? Ideally, I would like to send a survey to candidates after they have completed the hiring process, in order to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.


What is the timeline for the Career Framework? And will this be included in everyone’s subscription or we’ll have to pay an additional module? 

Hi - I’m pleased to say that Career Frameworks will be available to customers who have Core Pro or Performance & Development subscriptions - from tomorrow - Thursday 30th October.


Please can you let us know when the competencies/progression framework be rolled out in the Planning module?

I mean properly recording cases where an employee is unable to work 50/60/70/80 etc% as stated in a doctor’s certificate for a longer period.
