Hi,
We want to implement candidate experience survey and automatically send the email with the survey to candidates when they got rejected or withdrawn on advanced stages of recruitment process.
At the moment there is no functionality of flexible setting up of auto-reply emails to candidates on any stages of the recruitment process.
Are there plans to implement flexible setting of auto replies/emails, except the auto response on receiving application?

It is indeed not possible to trigger auto-replies, you would need to trigger those replies manually. To do this, you could create an email template that includes a link to your candidate experience survey under Settings > Recruiting > Email templates, and then choose that template whenever you reject a candidate.
For the moment, I am not aware of any plans to implement more flexible options, but please feel free to add this feedback via the in-product feedback button!
