Good morning! 

I recently activated a new feature that I could see available in recruitment to do automated screenings.

I created one filter in one position for a day and everyone from the hiring team started receiving emails minimum every hour about the Auto rejections. These emails are wrong as they sometimes refer to a position where this function is not activated. I have now deactivated the function in the position but we keep receiving emails. 

  • How come that we keep receiving emails about this even if there is no filter activated?
  • Can we have this function and deactivate the email notifications? I tried to do this but I cannot see any option for this.

There is a functionality to create automated confirmation emails for applications received. This can be configured in Settings > Recruiting > Recruiting > Categories.

I believe your question requires to check specific data on your account, In this case, I would suggest you create a support request via Help & Feedback.
