I recently activated a new feature that I could see available in recruitment to do automated screenings.
I created one filter in one position for a day and everyone from the hiring team started receiving emails minimum every hour about the Auto rejections. These emails are wrong as they sometimes refer to a position where this function is not activated. I have now deactivated the function in the position but we keep receiving emails.
- How come that we keep receiving emails about this even if there is no filter activated?
- Can we have this function and deactivate the email notifications? I tried to do this but I cannot see any option for this.
