‘Hello!

Secondly, a potential candidate didn't receive a confirmation email for their application. These incidents occurred during a test from my private account. Although I can see the new applications in the pipeline, there were no dashboard or email notifications. Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!’

If a candidate did not receive an autoresponder reply to their application, I would kindly ask that you look into your Recruiting settings to ensure that this is set up correctly. Please navigate to Settings > Recruiting > Categories > Choose the category of your position > scroll down to Autoresponder and please ensure that you have this enabled and the email template selected.
