Candidate export: Request failed with status code 500 - what does it mean?

Hey,

We export applicant data once a week and for a the last two weeks we keep getting “Request failed with status code 500” error message. Can somebody explain what does it mean and how can we fix it?

Hi @linaka and Community,

We found out that the reason for the failure of the export is the timeframe. 

This export currently support timeframes up to 3 months. The product team is already working on extending the timeframe.
