Hey,

We export applicant data once a week and for a the last two weeks we keep getting “Request failed with status code 500” error message. Can somebody explain what does it mean and how can we fix it?

We found out that the reason for the failure of the export is the timeframe. 

This export currently support timeframes up to 3 months. The product team is already working on extending the timeframe.
