Please go to Settings > Recruiting > Email templates > here you will find all of your email templates.
If when sending an email you don’t have the option to select one of these templates, I would suggest to open a support ticket through Help, my colleagues from support will be able to login within your Account in order to see your Settings.
Be aware that only Account owners can contact our support team. In case you are not registered as such, please contact your colleagues in the role, or add this information in your account. You can find out how here.
