Export of Company Data without new withdrawal reasons/rejections reasons

Hey,

we used the company export function and found that crucial information from applications is missing:

  • the export contains in the applications.csv the disqualification_reason_id but no actual transformation for what it stands
  • we also checked the other CSVs in case there is maybe a mapping table but such a thing does not exist.

Can you please tell me where I can get the mapping and/or when this will be fixed in the export function?

Hi @FriederikeThies,

I received an answer on that questions.

Currently, we do not offer a mapping list for disqualification reasons IDs of the company export.
For now, you will get all your data from the recruiting export in the recruiting module, including the disqualification reason.

Have a great day
Marc

Sometimes, applications with export features also have API endpoints where you can retrieve metadata, including mappings for ID fields like disqualification_reason_id. If your platform has an API, look for an endpoint that provides application settings or metadata, as it may contain the mappings.

Hi @Vilandre Ick ,

Also bear in mind that the Recruiting-API is write-only, which means that we only “take” data, and do not “provide” data via the REC-API.

You can find more information about the REC endpoints in the Developer Hub.

Cheers!
