Hi All,

as you will all know asking this question goes against DEIB best practice.

It entrenches pay-gaps across races, gender, age etc.

But I can’t seem to find a way to remove this from the system attributes.

Instead as per the upcoming USA / EU legislation we already post the Salary on the Job Advert to demonstrate better practice and transparency.

@community-admin
Seeking your knowledge to help me remove this ‘bad practice’ field from our Recruiting module.

Hi @JHBEM,

Unfortunately we cannot remove it from Settings > Recruiting > Attributes, because this is a System Attribute.

But you can unselect this attribute from the Career page.

You can do this my going to Settings > Recruiting > Career page > Application form settings > Select fields: unselect attribute: Expected Salary > Apply changes

Here you will find more information regarding: Set up your application form

I hope you have a lovely day!

Best,

Sofia

Thank you - Yes we have done this.

It was hoped that we could remove it from visibility on the Recruitment pages.
As it’s a field we don’t need to have filled - i.e. we would like the real-estate on the page back.

Although we recognise it is a System Attribute - it would be nice to be able to add/remove it from the visible fields.
