Interviewers not receiving interview confirmation email

Hi there

We are using the interview scheduling function to schedule interviews with candidates. 

The issue we have though when candidates reply (to confirm) is that the hiring manager is not receiving the email, rather it is going to the main company email account.

Nothing has landed in the spam folder.

Does anyone have a fix for this so that interviewers also receive the email confirmation?

Possibly this is not turned on:

Settings > Recruiting > Interviews > check the box: Send interview calendar invitation to interviewers.

Hi Sofia - That’s already checked but thanks anyway. 

 

I found out that the hiring manager did receive the update in the end but there was a delay of around 5 hours. Maybe this was a one off bug so we’ll keep an eye on it.
