Dear Personio Community,

I am encountering a recurring problem with our applicant management system. On two separate occasions, we have experienced a sudden disappearance of applicants' data from our database. This issue seems to occur without any clear trigger and results in the complete loss of specific applicants' forms and related information.

Could anyone provide insights or solutions to prevent this from happening in the future? Has anyone else faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? I am keen on understanding the root cause of this problem and finding a reliable fix.

Any assistance or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
