Hi Team, 

We have an employee that is registered as Line Manager, but she always have issues accessing the candidates on our jobs. 

She is registered as Line manager and should see it all, but we always need to manually add her in each candidate profile as interviewer or line manager in order for her to see the candidates, and some times add and remove until it works. 

 

The rest of the people in the company with same access has no problems accessing the candidates. 

Have any of you had this issue before and have any idea of what that could be? We already raised a ticket but no answer from Personio, so trying to get some help from this community here.

Can you share the ticket number with me so I can have a look at why you have not received an answer from us? 

From what I can read, this needs to be investigated in detail, so if you cannot find the ticket ID, I suggest opening a new one.
