Managing candidate's evaluation forms and comments across multiple positions

Hello,

As we move candidates between different positions, we've noticed some confusion arising from the amount of information available. There are numerous comments and evaluation forms from previous roles that candidates were considered for, which can create a blurred perception for new interviewers.

Is there a way to either mark which job a comment or evaluation form refers to, or to hide historical data from previous positions?

Best regards,
Joanna

Hi @joanna.gorzedowska,

Unfortunately this will remain in the history of the candidate profile.

A possible workaround is to create a second profile for this candidate with all the new information regarding the new role. In this article you will find more information regarding: Create candidate profiles manually.

I wish you an amazing day.

Best,
