What should I do?

Also, I don’t know how I can reach the customer support through Personio anymore? The AI support doesn’t work.

Hi @Edda van der Ende,

In order to be able to publish you will need to assign the job to an office, you can do this by going to Settings > Recruiting > Jobs > look here for the relevant job > Edit > Job details > Main location:

You can open a support ticket by going to Browse for help:
