Hi,
if a calendar integration between Personio and MS Outlook is made, is it possible to send private calendar invitations? For us it’s crucial that all interview invitations are private so that other colleagues won’t see any candidate information as Outlook calendars are open for everyone in our company.

Yes this is possible 😄 As mentioned in our helpcenter article on how to Schedule interviews using the integrated calendar, All interviews created are private. This means that only internal participants of the interview can view the details in their calendars. Other colleagues from the company cannot see any information.
