Hi, I am new to Personio and have just set up our career page. I have published a job only for our employees (not externally).

 

How do you set up a notification to let them know a job has been published?

Hi @Lryan,

I’m afraid, currently we don’t have the option to notify employees about a new position published in the Career page. But as a workaround, you can add a link to your Dashboard, in the Company shortcuts. Those are links to external websites that can be displayed on your employees' homepage so they can have an easy access to the Career page to check the internal positions. You can add a link by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Homepage Shortcuts > Add Shortcut.
  2. Choose an icon and enter a title for the shortcut.
  3. Add the URL to the desired link (e.g., the link from your Career Page).
  4. Click Add.

The shortcut will then be available on the employee's homepage under Company Shortcuts. For more information about this topic, you can visit our Help Center article: The homepage
