Hi !
We are recently started using the recruiting module. And we would find it very helpful if after scheduling an interview, the phase also automatically adjusts to the next step.
At this time you have to adjust the phase manually, and it can sometimes be forgotten.
I would like to hear if this is possible.

I am afraid this is not currently part of our Recruiting sections functionality but this is great product feedback that I would like to encourage you to post this suggestion of improvement in our ideation area where our product team are able to review ideas for new functionality.
