I just started recruiting with Personio, and I noticed that I am not able to post a job only on our company website, without promoting it to all the dashboards. Is there a possibility to do that, or a workaround for this?

It is possible to promote your job position on your company website without the need to post it on the Personio Career page. However, it will involve your IT Team setting up a connection using the Recruiting API. This would allow you to create your own application form without the need to use the one on the Career Page, hence not needing to have it activated.
