Having a few problems with recruitment in last week, which haven’t had before. I don’t know if its connected, please could someone advise.

My recruiting line managers cannot contact their candidates and reply to messages which is causing a problem and it’s urgent. 

I am getting message from Personio that I have to assign individual candidates to emails? which I haven’t had to before, and is very inefficient. 

Advertise the role on personio, and it’s not automatically going onto Linked in, which it usually has. How long does it take for the role to go onto Linked in?
