I have a number of positions I want to publish. I plan to do this via the XML feed. Before I do I wanted to make a particular position appear at the top of the page. Presently the positions and XML feed only display them in alphabetical order, can this be changed?
Hi
Although the XML feed allows you to customize the design of job positions to suit your own career page, the jobs will always be pulled through the feed in alphabetical order. This part is unfortunately not customizable.
However, it is possible to create a sorting index to help you when the XML feed is pulling information into your website. For example, you can use keywords in job position titles as a basis for the sorting.
We do recommend that you involve your IT Team in setting this up, as it requires work done outside of your Personio account. For this, your IT experts can consult our Developer Hub to find more detailed information on how to retrieve job positions via XML.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this!
Take care,
Megan
