Hello here!


I was wondering if anyone ever had a similar problem. I reject candidates with an email, however, they come back the next day. No messages sent show, nothing. I don’t know if I am going crazy or is it really happening. But it happened already twice this week.

This shouldn’t happen, possibly this is a system error. If this happens again could you please create a support request via Find Answers.
They will be able to login into your Account and review the Settings.
