I’ve been advised the following from Personio Support (who have been really helpful btw) for remote job positions promoted to LinkedIn via auto-posting.
“This is a product limitation on LinkedIns side with positions pushed via auto-posting and the location won't be displayed as remote. The only advice is to include the word Remote in the title so candidates are aware of it. “
But as the role is advertised as “on-site” the candidate will never see the role to see the word remote in the title.
Has anyone found a workaround solution?

Unfortunately we currently only have the Work Around mentioned by you. You can search for a post in our ideation area and to vote for it, in case another user has shared this suggestion for improvement.
