I was wondering if it is possible to request feedback from the candidate regarding the recruitment process? It could for example be a form or questionnaire that could be sent from Personio to candidates who were both rejected and hired.

In this case, I would recommend adding an E-Mail Template in your recruiting settings, which you can use as a feedback request for your candidates. You can create your own templates for the communication with candidates under Settings > Recruiting > Email Templates.
