Roles in Recruiting - Evaluation Forms Visibility

Dear Concerned,


We have defined the categories, phases and everything comes under recruitment settings, we have different phases for interviews and different roles as per our need.


When we done the HR interview part and then proceed further for the technical interview and assign the relevant manager, he has access to visibility of HR interview forms information, now we don’t want to show the HR interview information for technical session.


Please suggest, what we can do to comply?

Hi @Hassan Tariq,

Great that you have implemented and set up the recruiting area so far. :) 

In order to make sure, the relevant manager does get a recruiting role assigned which does not include the access right for the interviews. The Access is not necessary, for interviews where the person is included are still showing up. It is the same for evaluations.
