Sending additional documents with the offer

Hi!

I was wondering if it is possible to send additional documents to our candidates whenever we are sending them the offer to sign. These will mostly be additonal documents such as our privacy statement, or a pension scheme etc. These are documents they do not need to sign. 

In practice what happens is that I will need to send our candidates additional documents in a separate email. It would therefore be much more convenient if i can just add these together with the offer with one click through Personio.

Hey @Ruben Choco 

If you are creating a offer with a contract, there is only the ability to add additional documents in the form of another template.

 

However, if you are to choose the offer process without a contract you can choose to upload files to the offer email. This will allow you to attach your privacy statement, pension scheme etc.
