Stopping emails to non assigned members of the company

Hi to all and I hope everything is well.

 

I am messaging because I was unable to find in the Find Answer, Help Center, or Community, How to stop emails going to those NOT part of recruiting. My CEO receives emails about candidates, but he is not in any of the recruiting groups. I even tried to see if there was a way to set up the profile to not receive messages, but unable to find a feature to fit. 

May I get help with this matter? Is there a way to make specific options of who receives emails or not through Personio?
