Uploading new candidates manually to job

Hi team,

I can not find the functionality to upload new candidates to my jobs manually. Can someone please help me to solve it? I tried posted or also unposted jobs and still I can not find it anywhere.

Actually it is quite easy to find,

Go to Recruiting,
then select application,
then click on the right on the blue button “+Create Application”,
and then SUCESS!
