Since last week we are unable to schedule interviews using video conferencing. We set up the integration with Microsoft Teams literally 4 weeks ago, and things have been working fine since then, but now suddenly we cannot schedule any video calls with Personio.

 

I have followed the help articles and:
(i) Connected Cronofy
(ii) Made sure to ask my IT Director to set up MS Teams as described in the Personio help articles
(iii) Made sure that I had full admin privileges on Personio
(iv) Made sure that Microsoft Teams is connected, and that all employees calendars are synced

 

I really hope someone is able to help out soon, as we are at a standstill with interviews.

if not already done, I would need to ask you to open a support ticket for this case, as we would need to have a look into your account. Could you please submit a ticket via the in-app help section? This option is available for all Account Owners of your account. 

It would be great if you could share the solution afterwards!

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately not even an “Administrator” is able to open a ticket in Personio - only an “Account Owner”, therefore this option was never available to me, which was quite frustrating. And since our “Account Owner” was on holiday, we were unable to make any progress here.

Luckily your colleague Nino was able to figure out that in the “Personal Settings” section on my profile, there is an option to turn on integrations… why this is not part of the main settings is baffling to me:

 

 

Also the help articles on the Personio support website don’t mention this, so I recommend that someone updates those articles with this info.
