We request and ability to create reports where historical data of employees cost centers and changes that have been made during the year are visible.
Currently we can only draw reports of employees current cost-center and the last change made, but not have reports that show what cost-center the employee had for each month, when the changes were made and what was the previous setting for each employee at a given time. - This is the data we would want in the report.

Drawing this kind of report of changes in cost-center distributions help tracking head count changes.

Hi @Trapezium,

it is already possible to create a report with historical data with the Custom Reports.

Navigate to the Report section in Personio → Custom Reports → Create a custom report. 
In the appearing box, make sure to select the type Historical data and add Cost center to the table columns:
 


After adding additional columns that you like to have in the report and selecting the timeframe, you get a result like this:
