I couldn’t find anything on how to create a report that lists all employees who are currently on parental leave. Does someone know how to solve this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question!

You can get an overview of the absences in the global absence calendar. But I see you would like to have a proper report that allows filtering for the absence type, when I get it correctly? 
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible.

I would really appreciate if you could create an idea in the Ideation area of the Community in that, as I think it is worth sharing with other users and our Product Team.
