System Reporting - Self-exclusion

Hi,

 

Wondering if anyone has come across this or can offer advice.

 

I’ve given some team members access to system reporting, for example headcount. 

 

When they check the headcount, they themselves are not reflecting in the numbers. They will see for example 100, whereas, I see 101.

 

Any ideas?
