Could not import one-time compensation

Hallo,

For some reason I am having difficulties in importing this month’s compensation.

Every time I tried to do it, it shows this on the screen :/

 

Which is weird since we do have this type of compensation saved on our Personio setting (as we do this every month anyway) so I am not sure why it decided not to work this time.

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! I had the same problem as you, and Steve O’Neill, from Support, very kindly helped me through it.

I assume that you already fixed the problem, but I hope this helps other people in the community

 

Once you have created the new compensation type, you must right it as follows in the column B:
