Mileage/ kilometer allowance

We would like to add mileage allowance to our benefits. Ideally, we would like to track this in Personio, but this way is still quite cumbersome. Does anyone have any other tips/experience with this?

Hi @lanaRuijg,

A possibility is to add the mileage allowance as a one-time compensation in the Salary tab of the relevant employee.

It would be nice if employees can fill in how many (or which dates on agenda) they traveld to the office. And once these are approved by supervisor, it will auto be on the payroll with the right amounth.

 

(in the one time compensation there needs to a tap that descripes the compensation amounth per day)
