We have a situation that we transferred one employee from one office to another. Our offices are in different countries and each of them have different currency settings in Personio.
We didn’t changed the hire date since there is no employment break and we want to have the correct work tenure for each employee. This made some problem in the salary tab, i.e. previous currency was MKD and now is EUR, so the system changed the salary to be in EUR since the beginning of employment. This is causing report issues.
How can we handle this kind of changes properly. To make transfers of employees between offices and to have clear history and reports?
