Payroll journal entry on employee level

Hi All,

 

I would like to create a payroll journal entry on a monthly basis on an employee level instead of combining all employees alltogether.

 

How can I create an export in Excel of the monthly employee journal entry from Personio that enables me to post the journal entry on an employee level? (including employee ID's)

This might be something you can do in the ‘Employee List’ function, rather than through the Payroll function (if they Payroll function isn’t producing the info you need in the right format)?

You can pretty much call any data into the Employee List, and any order, and save it as one of you ‘Views’ once you’re happy with it. You can then just export that saved list once a month for your journal entry.

Alternatively, you could create a custom Report to do this?
