@fmason I’m sorry to hear this. Is the issue that this integration used to be available and it now no longer is?
The problem is that it ‘sort of works’ it sometimes works, it almost is ok
we are in discussions with support but frankly are being fobbed off

Hi @fmason! So, while not exactly a solution, I had an idea.
So, there’s an HR Manager at another UK-based customer who happens to also be using Payfit with Personio. I wondered, would it be worth talking to them about it and seeing if best practice/ workarounds can be exchanged? I’m working on connecting you both and seeing if we can perhaps get you on a call.
