Hello! 

 

We have some employees who have two different hourly wages depending on the type of work they do. Is it possible to reflect this in same way in personio?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have two different parallel hourly rates. Instead you would need to change this accordingly every period in which they had a differing hourly rate, which would be quite messy. Could you kindly input this feedback in our Ideation Area, to give visibility to the Product Team.
