Hallo Personio Users!

 

I run two subcompanies on Personio, but only one has DATEV.

Every month, on time, I get an email asking me to fix "payroll settings for datev integration" for the company that does not have datev. I need to make sure that this email doesn't come again.

It seems I cannot unsubscribe from the email, which bores both me and the boss (as contract owner).

Does anyone have same situation?

in this case, I would suggest you to contact my colleagues from the support team via Find Answers.  My colleagues will be able to log in into your account and check the settings together with you.
