Anyone know how I can upload an expenses template into Personio for our staff to add their expenses each month?

Welcome to the Personio Community, we are thrilled to see you here 🥳. I am happy to support you with your inquiry.
At the moment we do not have a template for uploading expenses into Personio. The main workaround would be to create a section with expense attributes inside and then grant employees propose rights to this section. Once employees input their expenses into this section, it would then send an approval request to the set approver (Settings > Approvals > Employee data).
Also we have expense management integrations such as Moss and Edi from our Marketplace that may be of interest to you. I would kindly ask that you provide this idea for a future improvement into our Ideation Area,
