Hello, 

I would like to ask if there is possible to create an Accrual Policy that add one more day of holiday for each year worked in the company.

This you can do by going to Settings > Absence > Relevant Absence type > Add new Accrual policy. When you create a new Accrual policy you have the option to add “Reward extra entitlement based on tenure”.
