Hello everyone!

i have a question for the companies who track the hours based in projects.

How do you calculate the final hours that the employee has worked in each project?

Is there a way to see this in Peronio without exporting in an exel and calculating this yourself?

i tried to make a custom report but it’s impossible to add the projects there.

Hi @Aymarasnchz,

great question, but unfortunately there is not a separate report for this.

I quickly translated the answer of @Jon of your Spanish post, so other Community Members also get insights to his workaround.

Jon says:

I would tell you that as of today (and how we do it) is:

  • Use the Attendance Period report.
  • Filter by the project you want (or all)
  • Export to Excel
  • Use auto-sum

I saw, you already created an idea on that. I also link it here, so others can find it easily:

Have a great start into the week!

Reading with interest. I would like a solution for this too that didnt require exporting to excel.
