Is there a way we could report on long term sickness v short term sickness on Personio? We already have Sickness Absence and Unpaid Sickness Absence so it would need to not be a new category. Is there also a way to report on the comments so we can track certain absence types? I am keen not to overcomplicate things for the team so we need a simple solution.
