I have an issue with not being able to view the overtime function for one of my staff members. I recently allocated a new AL policy to them, and the currently TOIL policy stands. Their manger also got a new AL policy but I can see their overtime function.
I just saw this now, now sure if in the meantime this has been solved?
Would it be possible that it’s not showing you the overtime function because there haven’t been any hours recorded yet? I’ve noticed that if there is no overtime, it would not show me any balance there.
