Viewing and Managing Assigned Employees for Time-Off Policies

Hi ,

In Settings → Time Off → Time Off Types → Time Off Policies, I can see the number of assigned employees, but I cannot find an option to view which employees are specifically assigned to a given policy, nor to remove someone directly from that view.

Is there a way to:

  1. List all employees assigned to a specific time-off policy, and

  2. Unassign/remove an employee from that policy without going into each individual profile?

Hi ​@AnnaCzarnik,

You actually can when you’re in the people list. Within the columns you can select the time off type to show and you’ll see exactly which employee is assigned which time off type and policy. 😊

From there you can actually also bulk edit the type & policy without going to individual profiles when you select the relevant employees:
