Hi Folks,

I’m sure many UK users are familiar with absence triggers in line with a company’s attendance policy. I was wondering if there’s a way to set up a workflow so that when someone enters or is assigned a third instance of sickness absence within a rolling 12 month period, it triggers a notification to the line manager and HR?

Thanks!

Stefan

Hi @Stefan C

if I am not mistaken:-)….:

You can configure workflows to automate notifications and tasks. This can be done: Automations > Workflows section in Personio. Here, you can set up specific conditions and triggers for notifications, such as the number of sickness absences within a certain period .

Please ensure that the approval and notification settings are correctly configured to notify line manager/HR: Settings > Approvals and Automations > Workflows, where you can specify who should be notified when certain conditions are met, such as reaching a threshold of sickness absences.

Pls see relevant Personio article: https://support.personio.de/hc/en-us/articles/21983843629981-Overview-of-the-Personio-Inbox

Is this what you were looking for? :-)

I’m not sure I can help with this one - I have issues with trying to set up anything in Personio on a ‘rolling 12 month’ basis as that doesn’t seem to be a time period against which data can be measured/triggered.

We offer 12 weeks of paid weeks of sickness absence over a rolling 12 month period, but I haven’t found a way yet to trigger an alert when an employee hits that number of sickness absences, or to build a report to show the same.
